I found Taxi Airport Van Madrid online after trying many other taxi companies. Something told me this was the right choice, and it was. They were quick to respond to my every question and were very polite. I was worried because my flight was very early and i didn't want any disappointment but in the end, there was no need. Our driver, Josè Miguel, contacted me shortly after the booking to greet me and introduce himself. He assured me i would be ok. He turned up even 20 minutes early!!!!. Great service. Arranged a ride to Parque Warner and back, and had Daniel and Carlos as drivers. I arranged the rides through the main line and the drivers contacted me well before the ride to confirm they would pick me up at the arranged time. Carlos picked us up at the end of a long day at Park Warner, when the park closed and everyone was leaving. He arrived well before the time and waited for us without rushing us, and there were several people leaving the park that tried to get in his car but he made sure they wouldn’t get in so he could take us back. Highly recommend their service!
When my daughter tried to sit next to the driver, he refused. Once arrived hotel, I paid by credit card and couldn’t see the amount on the credit card machine. The meter amount was euro28, I asked for a receipt, which showing similar amount . However, when I checked my bank, euro 50 was charged. I am so stupid to believe that Madrid taxis are reliable, safe and trustworthy. The driver intended to rip me off right at the beginning as if my daughter sit next to him, it would be easy to check the amount. I tried all means to contact the taxi company, they just hang up because I speak English. If complained to the transport department, I need to provide a receipt. But the receipt I received was not the right one. He gave me a receipt that was a few days ago. I won’t trust Madrid Taxi any more !
Criminal! We took a taxi for less than 15 minute drive. Driver told us it was a long way so would charge us 33 Euros at a fixed rate. 12 minutes later we're there. I pay by card and he mis-keys the amount and charges me 63 Euros!! It should have been no more than 15 Euros
Absolutely terrible, if you have slightly broken spanish dont bother you will get hung up on before you can finish your sentence, almost missed our bus had to hail a taxi on the street. The operator needs to be sacked (called at 10am on the 6th of august) three times I got hung up on before i could even finish saying our adress. But they have an app id say use this.

This morning I called to book a taxi to go for the airport. First at all, a good morning. I can not see through my phone the person with who I am talking to so I did not know if it was a man o a woman even for the voice you absolutely can imagine without even telling the presentation of speaking with "who". My mistake as a customer was to not ask with who I am speaking with maybe but also I have been polite to direct to them as Sir because it was the voice similar to with. The second time I when towards to called Sir to the person who was working behind the phone interrupt me and said:" I am a woman and it's the second time you direct calling towards me as a Sir". Absolutely I apologize to not know but she did not even told me her name as she was speaking to please book a taxi to go to the airport and she said: "I will call in 5 minutes ",but she end up the call with very unpolite maners. I called again because I want to know if there is available taxi for 5 people and again the same person who end up the call pick up the call. I apologize again, but she have been rude I told her to please be more kind and do not shout out to me because I can not see you and I do not know if is a woman or a men. And she continue telling me there is no available. I told her in a very polite way that no worries If there is no available taxi for 5 people no worries I will find a way. Thank you very much for your kindness.So I book for Uber same price but better manners and better customer service.
I do not have anything bad to say for the company because is not my first time to book for taxi pide Madrid. But for this time for that bad moment experience I'm sorry to say it was disappointing. I can understand that people have a very bad days but please be more kindness because everyone we are in the battle.
I talked to operadora 202, and it was disappointing with the service they offer. Of course they will lose their business if Uber is available in same area. These people they offer only to pay for a scheduled service in advance if I agree to overpay (35 euros). If I pay in the taxi once the trip is complete, it’s much cheaper (25 euros). Their excuse is to cover in case I make the taxi wait and the bank charges (which taxi driver still has to pay for it but doesn’t overcharge you for it). Only excuses to earn more. But they don’t realize that just makes customers disappointed and feeling taken advantage. They do not create happy customers who will want to reuse their service.
Great taxi service to/from Madrid airport. Fixed price of €30 each way. Using the app, it was very easy to book the return trip and schedule it for a few days in advance. Despite us not speaking much Spanish, the drivers were extremely helpful and professional. The scheduled booking turned up a few minutes early - very punctual. The driver wore a mask and the taxi was very clean inside. Would definitely recommend.
Used this app for the first time in Sevilla. Very easy to use. Had a taxi in 4 minutes. You can set up a payment card or use cash. The driver will have your name and destination via the app. Like Uber. Completely happy.
I wrote privately to the company to tell them what happened, but as I have had no response I will share this vile story publicly. Fernando arrived to pick up my daughter and I put our luggage in his car and then told us he could not take us together in his small car because of the Covid (this was right when it was in full effect). He said he would call a large van to take us to Madrid instead. Enter Francisco- his buddy. We were told the trip would cost €400. When the large taxi arrived the first driver demanded I pay him €20! For what? He could not take us anywhere? I tried to get my luggage from the car, and he pushed me and my daughter out of the way! The other driver then spoke with him, thinking I did not understand Spanish, and said he would charge me €420 and pay him later. I had been on a plane for 24 hours and just wanted to get home, but these two lying, thieving men manhandled myself and my daughter and charged us extra for what? For not being able to take us anywhere? Worst experience with a taxi service in my entire life! The fact they the company did not respond shows how little they care. I sent them photos of the taxis and the scoundrel drivers. Disgusting to rip people off during a pandemic.
