We booked an airport pick-up at 6am for the end of the week via WhatsApp. The exchange had gone very well, and I had even confirmed the booking the day before, which the agency had also validated. On the morning of the trip, 1 hour before he was due to arrive, the driver sent me a message to say that he would be in charge of our journey. Having already confirmed the day before, I didn't reply. At 6 a.m., no one was there. So I contacted the driver, who explained that he hadn't shown up because I hadn't replied to his message an hour before, even though no confirmation was requested. We therefore had to wait for 30 minutes for the driver to arrive, even though we had booked a cab in advance expressly to avoid this kind of inconvenience.
We had chosen this agency because of the positive reviews, but we bitterly regret it. For a fare of 40€ for less than 15 minutes, we expected a quality service. What's more, no commercial gesture was offered to compensate for the 30-minute delay. We are very disappointed.

Makes life very easy when you need local transportation whether to the airport, to one of the beach areas, around town especially when the busses or trams are closed or not conveniently near.

A small minus is that the only way to pre-order a taxi seems to be making a phone call, as the webpage didn't allow me to do so.
Also, do not expect the Alicante Taxi driver to know their way around Alicante.
There was a discrepancy from the address we supplied and Google Maps, which the driver needs to navigate around their area. So we had to pay an additional €10.
Interestingly they shouted, "Do you think we get paid to drive you everywhere?"
